Try parallel connecting over the main connectors on the SA10A straight down to the next connector. Red to Red-Black to Black! |
Travel graphs look weird or no travel graph at all? |
Check out the Transducer/Cable function in the BTS11 Service menu! Sensor connected to the SA10's one of the sensor inputs T1-T2-T3. Go to menu Service/SA10/Transducer, have the sensor loose with cable connected! Restore so eg. T1 is at zero! Spin the sensor shaft pin a full revolution(360⁰) should be about 10,000 pulses. Turn back full turn, should be about 0, turn the other way, should be about -10,000 pulses, turn back again to about 0.If nothing abounds, both cable, sensor and contact output will work! |

Unit has lost it's program. The cause for this may be hardware fault. You can try updating firmware. See the user manual how to do this. |
